How to Get Started (Single Courses & Course Stacking)

We keep our on-boarding straightforward and human with no endless intake paperwork, just a direct path to getting you speaking. Whether you want to focus on one specific milestone right now or map out a complete journey to full fluency, here is exactly how we get you up and running:

1. A Quick Baseline Check:

Schedule a call or contact us to tell us about your current Dutch level, your daily work setup, or any specific exam goals you have. We will look at exactly where you are starting from so we don't waste time reviewing things you already know.

2. Choose Your Setup (Single vs. Stacked):

  • Single Course Focus: Perfect if you want to solve one immediate problem right now like breaking through the beginner plateau or getting a handle on complex intermediate sentence structures.
  • Course Stacking: If your goal is a total transformation from zero background to confident professional fluency, you can line up consecutive courses in advance (for example: Beginners +to Beginners Plus and then Intermediate). Stacking your courses ensures you keep momentum for consistency, locks in your preferred time slots before our schedule fills up, and gives you a clear, step-by-step path forward.

3. Start Your Live Sessions: Once we match up our calendars, we will connect you with your personal trainers and give you direct access to your learning materials so you can jump straight into your first live session.

Maximizing Your Success with your personal student portal

Our live 60-minute sessions are designed for pure action, real-time talking, active coaching, and pushing past the hesitation that holds you back. To make managing your course completely effortless and help you keep your momentum going, everything you need is centralized in your own private student portal. No digging through messy email threads or lost links.

How this centralized hub keeps you on track:

  • Your All-in-One Calendar: Your personal schedule is the launchpad for your course. Right from your calendar dashboard, you can instantly click into your live meeting room or access the exact digital lesson materials your trainer has lined up for you.
  • Access to Course Materials: Whenever you want to review past notes or practice between sessions, your materials are attached directly to your lessons. This gives you a clear, organized space to revisit your worksheets and reinforce what you learned on your own schedule.
  • Transparent Progress Metrics: We believe in keeping your journey completely transparent. Depending on your account type, whether you are tracking your own individual progress, reviewing a child's milestone stats, or managing corporate training metrics for an entire team and your portal gives you a clean overview of your lesson history and attendance.

By putting your schedule, your materials, and your progress tracking all in one reliable place, you can skip the administrative headaches and focus entirely on what matters most: speaking Dutch with confidence. The best of all is that it is completely paper free, making it a one stop solution.

Choosing Your Setup: Individual vs. Group Formats

To keep our sessions highly active and engaging, we approach learning dynamics differently than traditional language schools. You will never find yourself in a large class with ten or fifteen people. We keep our group sizes to a maximum of four so everyone gets strong speaking time during every 60-minute session.

Here is how our two setups work:

Individual Training (1-on-1)

This is the fastest, most direct route to active speaking confidence. If you want 100% of the trainer's focus, immediate real-time feedback, and a session pace that adapts exactly to your learning speed, individual training is ideal. It is the perfect setup for busy professionals with tight schedules or anyone looking to clear a major career or exam milestone quickly.

Small Group Training (2 to 4 People)

We offer two ways to join a small group, depending on whether you are signing up alone or as part of a pre-formed team:

  • Ready-Made Groups: If you are signing up together with colleagues, a partner, or friends who share your exact baseline level and goals, we can jump straight into matching calendars and scheduling your sessions.
  • Individual Group Matching: If you are a solo student who prefers a group dynamic, we can match you with others. Because we are highly selective about group compatibility, we place solo applicants on a waiting list. We look closely at your scheduling preferences, professional background, and specific requirements to build a well-aligned team. This process takes a bit longer, and we actively lock in the schedule once the group is completely full and every member has confirmed their commitment to the track.

Small-Group Online Language Courses

Learn Together, Speak Faster – Interactive Classes with 4 Students

Do you thrive in a dynamic, social learning environment but hate getting lost in a large online crowd? Most language schools pack 15+ people into a Zoom room, leaving you with very little actual talking time.

We do things differently. Our interactive Small-Group Online Courses are limited to a maximum of 4 students per class.

This setup gives you the best of both worlds: the energetic, affordable dynamic of peer learning, combined with the focused attention and high speaking time of a private lesson. All instructions and grammatical explanations are delivered clearly from English.
